The information provided by you will be treated strictly confidential. Only the researcher has access to your data. For the research to be successful it is very important that you answer all questions. Even if you have doubts about any of the answers, we request you to make a choice from the given options.

Immediately after completing the questionnaire you may download your results. This information is strictly confidential. For feeding back the results at group or department level exclusively aggregated qualitative data are used from which information about individuals cannot be deduced.
